Notes and Additional Information

• Our resort offers Free parking and Free internet access from each condo.

• All reservations for less than 5 nights are subject to a one time housekeeping fee of $35 for the one and two bedroom condo, and $45 for the three bedroom condo.

• At Check in a $300.00 authorization is taken on a major credit card as a security deposit or the guest has the option to purchase a $39.00 non refundable insurance policy to cover up to $1,500

• Our Clubhouse is open Tuesday through Saturday from 8 a.m. until 12 midnight. Sunday – 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. and Monday, 8 a.m. until 9 p.m. If you are planning to arrive after 9pm, please contact the front desk for after hours check-in instructions.

• Our Business Center with printer services in our clubhouse for your convenience.

• The Movie Theater across from the business center shows movies 2 times a day.

• Our Pool Area is the perfect place so soak under the Florida Sun. Our heated Olympic sized pool is open all year round and is surrounded by shaded cabanas. We also have a children’s pool with its own fountain and a large Jacuzzi to relax after a long day at the parks.

• We offer pool towels at the clubhouse at no additional cost.

• Our Pool side Tavern and Bar is open 7 days a week serving delicious food and drinks at reasonable prices.

• The Fitness Center is open daily for those who want to stay fit even on vacation.

• Spa Services are available upon reservations.

• You can also rent DVD’s to watch in your room for $1.00 per day. Do not forget to turn in your DVD the night before you leave, if you are leaving early.

• We offer a free shuttle service to Magic kingdom at Disney World Monday through Friday. Departure from the resort is 9am and the pick up time from the park is 5pm. MUST BE BOOKED 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

• Our resort is pet friendly. We require a non refundable pet fee of $250 for a max. of two pets, max 25lbs each.
