"..Your staff were very pleasant and helpful during the entire time we were there.
I want to especially point out Ms. Beliza Madueno, who was very pleasant, helpful and just a joy to be around, if just stopping by to get the mail, or going to the restaurant for dinner. Beliza always had a smile and a few words for us. She took care of any issued that we had with the WI-FI, lighting etc.
Our friends and fellow guests also noticed her outstanding personality as we discussed her over dinner many times.
